Technical Support by
Email is free for one year from the date of purchase. You can purchase an annual
support agreement for an additional amount that gives you
full phone support and free upgrades for one year after your purchase. We use
the web to train customers on using the software and get them up and running
fast. This is really a great value to our customers because it brings you to our
web server from your PC so we can talk by phone and you can see a live program
and see how it works live. You can ask questions and we can show you how to make
it work. No reading boring manuals and books written for geeks. Real live
one on one training that will teach you the basics and start you out working the
software and costing out menus.
Basic Support by Email
Free
You
can submit questions by email at any time and one of our Tech Support or
trainers will email you back a solution to your question. Details are included
with the CD and Users Guide you receive after purchasing one of our software
packages.
Premium Support $299
This
includes free support by phone for one year and free software upgrades for two
years. You can take with a tech person or a trainer live by phone and web
conference any time during the 12 month period of the agreement. This includes
additional web training and phone support when you need it. If you are a
multiple location customer this fee is per location.
